Bobby Jones Hybrids are some of the most unique hybrids currently on the market. Breaking traditional thought, these hybrids do not look like irons. Instead they look and feel more like fairway woods. That shape and style promotes a low center of gravity and a wide clubhead. This produces an extremely forgiving club that gets the ball up in a hurry.
The Bobby Jones Hybrids were designed after and look ver similar to the old Cleek or Mashee. They also allow you to get the ball up and out of even the hardest of lies.
To help increase accurace, these hybrid golf clubs are a little shorter in length and have JS-6 and JS-7 shafts.
Bobby Jones Hybrid Review
If you are like me, you need to be confident in your golf equipment. There is nothing worse than standing over a shot with the feeling you could shank or duck hook it. My confidence starts with the look of the club. If I look at a club and having a feeling I can't swing it, guess what... I can't swing it.
One look at the Bobby Jones Hybrid line, I knew I would be able to swing these clubs with positive results. I really like the design. They don't have that boxy hybrid look to them. The have a more rounded, somewhat oval line to them that really provides a great look at address. The design simply promotes a successful shot.
I also like the length of these clubs. Hybrid golf clubs are about shot making, accuracy and consistency. Bobby Jones Hybrids have all three.
Each swing produced similar results. Long and straight. On a side note, the ball flight was just a little higher than the Callaway Heavenwoods I normally play.
